This policy explains what NEOCLOUD LIMITED (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our websites, subscribe to our newsletter, or buy a digital product, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Analytics. Pages viewed, approximate location by country, device and browser type, and how you arrived.
• Email signups. The email address you give us, and the form you gave it on.
• Purchases. When you buy a digital product, our checkout partner collects your name, email and payment details in order to take payment and deliver the product. We receive the order and your email address. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages. Anything you send us by email.

Advertising

Our websites carry display advertising served by third-party ad networks. Those networks may set cookies and use identifiers to choose and measure ads. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We process your data to run our websites, to send the newsletter you asked for, to fulfil orders you placed, and to answer messages you sent us.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers who make the site work — our host, analytics, newsletter and checkout providers, and our ad-network partners. We do not sell personal data.

Keeping it

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Order records are kept as long as our tax and accounting obligations require. Analytics data is kept on our provider's standard schedule.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link in its footer. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong you have the right to access and correct your personal data.

Children

Our sites are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
