Refund Policy

This policy applies to every digital product sold by NEOCLOUD LIMITED, including The Slow Cooker Dinner Collection.

60-day refund

If you are not happy with a digital product, write to [email protected] within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.

The Slow Cooker Dinner Collection is sold with a 60-day “Cook It First” guarantee: cook three dinners from it, and if your family is not asking for seconds, ask us for a refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and tell us which product you bought. That is all we need to find the order.

How the money comes back

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We process them within five business days of approving the request. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer, and is usually a further five to ten business days.

After a refund

You keep the files. We do not ask you to delete anything you have downloaded.

Problems with delivery

If a file did not arrive or will not open, email us before asking for a refund — we will almost always be able to fix it the same day.
